George Carralejo is a renowned business executive and college sports coach. With over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and 15 years coaching college athletes, George takes immense pride in helping people and organizations maximize their potential. As a business executive, George Carralejo specializes in building sales teams and strategizing for the success of healthcare organizations. During his time in the healthcare space, George founded an 8-figure-a-year healthcare consulting company, as well as serving as the chief strategist for multiple start-up laboratories in the clinical diagnostics space. George Carralejo has also had tremendous success in the corporate world, winning numerous national awards ranging from Presidents Club at the sales level, to national awards at both the Regional Director and National Sales Director levels.
Starting in 2009, George Carralejo has coached baseball at both the collegiate and high school levels. During that time, George has been the Pitching Coach for a 2013 CIF Champion and for the 2023 California State JUCO Champions. George has been successful at every level he has coached, winning 5 League Championships, while coaching 41 pitchers who have receive D1 or D2 Scholarships. 21 of George’s pitchers have received All-Conference recognition, 5 of his pitchers have been named Conference Pitcher of the Year, and a remarkable 29 MLB draft picks have played for George Carralejo.
George Carralejo is a former Division I college baseball player whose highlights include being a member of the 1999 Cal State Fullerton College World Series Team. In addition to the College World Series, George was a member of 2 Big West Conference Championships, and a part of a Cape Cod League Championship team.
George Carralejo resides in Southern California with his beautiful wife, Katie, and their three young kids: Charlie, Cash and Sage.
